I have found that this is good for what it's made FOR. To squeeze, literally, between the thighs up in the nook and cranny nether region. This is something I personally wanted because of poor control over certain bodily functions, and for other purposes. The built of this is pretty darn good, it doesn't 'pinch', or hurt. It makes you work out and the function is good. It doesn't squeak or click. I will stand with it, or lay on my back and work on it that way. The color is fine, though more optional selections would be nice. It is NOT super uncomfortable, but it does take some adjustment and getting use to. It is worth it and for that price, it's good. The shipping was VERY fast! thank you!

Ok… So, I will admit that after losing 40lbs, my back side appears a bit deflated! I tried this thing right out of the box and not even a minute later I get a cramp in my left cheek! The device was set on the max tension setting. I think this may help me out, plus I don’t have to stand to use it. I can use this while lying on the couch. Starts to burn after a couple of minutes! Will update after a few weeks of use.

It's comfortable to use and for improvement I believe I would need to use it minimum 3 weeks or longer. Even if you are not after giving birth, and with age your bladder gets weaker, that even after light coughs you can wet your pants, then this little thing is for you.

I think this product is life-changing. After using for just one day, I could feel muscles that I hadn’t felt in years, kegels for sure got a workout, better than any product that requires insertion. I’ve tried three brands of the aforementioned products and you really don’t know what you’re getting until it arrives. Some were ridiculously too big and some were alarmingly too small. And it seems all of them were marketed as toys rather than a tool for physical therapy. Not this product, I’m not even embarrassed by it as it seems like something you’d see in a physical therapy establishment. Beyond the kegal exercise, it tones surrounding muscles. For instance, I feel more stability walking down stairs. I’m astonished by the low price! If you’re thinking about buying this, I recommend doing so!

This is an amazing product. I bring it to work with me for use during the day. Once you figure out the placement you will definitely feel the burn. Have noticed more tone in my butt and inner thigh area and have only been using it for a week now.

This handy hip trainer crazy looking contraption is something else. You place it between your legs up against your butt and squeeze it together. It recommends you do this for 1.min a day and will see results in 7 days. 1 min.. sounds easy right? Haha it is def a work out! Keeps your buns tight and lifted and doesn't disappoint.
